Senior Inhouse Consultant SuccessFactors (m/w/d)
Job Description
- As part of the global IT team, you will support our global and local HR teams with IT solutions for subject-specific requests and thus represent the interface between IT and HR.
- You will select and manage external IT partners in case of projects or daily support incl. contracting together with HR and Global Procurement.
- You will take technical responsibility for all changes and new developments to the system including new releases.
- In addition, you will operate the entire global HR/IT system, i.e. coordinating hosting and technical support.
Job Requirements
- You have completed training as a (business) computer scientist (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification in the IT field.
- You are an expert in the environment of the SAP SuccessFactors Cloud solution.
- You have experience with one or more of the modules Compensation & Benefits, EC Payroll, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting.
- You have solid practical experience in the HR/IT environment and ideally bring good process understanding and project experience in the HR/IT area as well as experience in designing HR/IT solutions.
- Knowledge of web technologies, programming skills, Jira and Confluence as well as experience with German payroll systems (e.g. EC Payroll) are an advantage.
- A team- and service-oriented approach with fluent English and good German skills for working in an international environment is a given for you.
