Job Description
As Expert Leadership & Talent, you help shape how we develop and grow leaders worldwide. You design impactful leadership programs, bring diagnostics and coaching to life, and make talent and succession processes run smoothly and with purpose. Together with global and local HR teams, you turn ideas into action and ensure our leaders are ready for what’s next.
This role combines conceptual and delivery excellence — ideal for a hands-on HR professional or consultant who is passionate about leadership development, diagnostics, and talent growth in an international context.

Contribute to and co-shape the global Leadership & Talent agenda by supporting the implementation of global frameworks, processes, and standards in close collaboration with the Head of Function as well as regional and local HR teams

Design and deliver global leadership development programs, embedding management diagnostics, coaching, and mentoring to drive leadership impact and measurable culture transformation

Facilitate and contribute to Assessment and Development Centers, applying diagnostic tools and structured feedback to identify, evaluate, and develop future leadership talent

Run and continuously refine the global Talent & Succession process – including Talent Pools, Career Pathing, and Succession Planning – ensuring transparency, consistency, and strong internal mobility for critical roles

Take functional ownership of the relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules, including content design and operational responsibilities such as managing Talent Pools and conducting Talent Sessions

Advise and partner with HRBPs and business leaders to translate leadership and talent insights into targeted development and growth actions

Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify leadership capability gaps, and provide sound input for strategic talent decisions
Job Requirements
- University degree in Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in HR, Leadership Development, Talent Management, or HR Consulting (corporate or consultancy environment)
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development initiatives, ideally with global exposure
- Solid understanding of leadership diagnostics, assessments, and feedback methods (e.g., 360°, personality tools, development centers)
- Hands-on experience with Talent & Succession Management processes, tools, or systems (SuccessFactors)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage global stakeholders and deliver with impact
