Projectmanager PMO Operations (m/f/d) (m/w/d)

Job Description

• Lead and further develop the “Operations” cluster in close cooperation with executive management, ensuring operational processes are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
• Optimize business operations, including production, supply chain, and logistics processes, by introducing best-practice methods
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization, collaborating with IT and other departments to implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Drive efficiency and productivity improvements, monitor relevant KPIs, and provide regular reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO) and the leadership team
• Actively drive change initiatives in close collaboration with PMO colleagues and project managers
• Provide continuous operational support to initiative leaders to secure and accelerate goal achievement, sustainable transformations, and measurable results

Job Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within a Project Management Office or a comparable function
• Proven track record in leading and optimizing operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost control
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis, with a clear understanding of their impact on the profit and loss statement
• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical skills combined with experience in performance management of operations and process improvement methodologies
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to analyze and efficiently manage complex production and operational processes
• A mature personality with readiness for change and a hands-on mindset to actively support colleagues in implementation and deliver sustainable results
