Projectmanager PMO Sales (m/f/d)
Job Description
- Lead and further develop the sales cluster in close cooperation with the executive management to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
- Optimize sales processes by introducing best-practice methods and enhancing sales tools
- Collaborate closely with departments such as R&D, Controlling, and Production
- Monitor project progress and results, providing regular reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO) and executive management
- Drive change initiatives in close collaboration with PMO colleagues and individual project managers
- Provide ongoing operational support to project leads to maximize goal achievement, structural improvements, and measurable results
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within a Project Management Office or a similar function
- Proven track record in developing sales strategies and optimizing sales processes
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis, with a solid understanding of their impact on the profit and loss statement
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Excellent analytical skills combined with experience in Sales Performance Management, forecasting, and CRM systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- A mature personality with a strong sense of accountability and change readiness, paired with a hands-on mindset to actively support colleagues in implementation
